Terms of Service

These terms apply to The Intimate Tales (the "Game"), operated by Kushal Baid ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them.

1. Adults only

The Game is only for people aged 18 and over. By opening, playing or buying anything in the Game, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that's higher). The stories contain romantic and mature themes, suggestive situations and references to alcohol. Intimate moments are implied and fade to black. Don't use the Game if you're under 18 or if this kind of content isn't allowed where you live. We may close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.

2. Your account

You start as a guest; we save your progress and gems on our servers under a random ID kept in a secure cookie. If you sign in (Google or an email code), they're saved to your account and available on any device. As a guest, clearing your browser data can lose your progress; purchases can be recovered by signing in with the email used at checkout.

3. Gems

Gems are a virtual item used to unlock premium story choices. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are a licence to use a feature of the Game, not property. Gems you buy are delivered to your account straight after payment and are non-refundable, except for failed or duplicate charges (see the Refund Policy). Choices you've unlocked stay unlocked when you replay. Gems and unlocks belong to the account they were bought on; sign in to keep them on any device.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where required. See our Refund Policy.

5. Fair use

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts, create accounts to collect free gems, interfere with the service, or copy or redistribute the Game's stories, art, voices or music. We may remove gems obtained this way and suspend access for abuse or fraud, including chargeback fraud.

6. Content and changes

All stories, characters, art, voice-over and music belong to us or our licensors. Stories are fiction. We may change or update the Game and these terms; we'll update the date above when we do.

7. Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
